Orders & returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You cannot return or exchange an item that you have ordered and received.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No. Once the order is placed and payment is processed, our fulfilment partner Order A Print considers the order final.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged you need to contact support@orderaprint.com since they are responsible for fulfilment, including packaging and shipping.

Do you have a physical store?

No. MRammal.com is an online only store.

Shipping and delivery

How do I track my order?

After your order is placed you will receive an email receipt from Order a Print. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email from Order a Print with the tracking information. If you don't receive an email confirming shipping please write to support@orderaprint.com and mention your order number.

When will I receive my order?

Orders generally take 9-12 business days to arrive.

What shipping options are available?

Standard shipping only.

Do you ship to foreign countries?

Yes. Order a Print ships to most countries worldwide. You should select your shipping destination at the initial stage of placing your order at the top of the page.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

Sorry. This is not possible.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
